No. Suitability needs to be considered individually; an enquiry is not an agreement to take a property.
Should I send an exact address?
For the initial enquiry, an area or postcode district is enough. Do not include tenant or resident details.
Are rent or returns guaranteed?
No financial commitment is made through this website. Any commercial proposal needs its own assessment and written agreement.
